Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the procurement team, provide stakeholder training on best practices, and foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and ethical procurement.
  • Develop and implement sustainable procurement policies while identifying cost-saving and efficiency opportunities through integrated supply agreements.
  • Lead the development and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for supplier performance.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
  3. Proven experience in supplier negotiation, contract management, and strategic sourcing.
  4. Strong knowledge of procurement regulations, risk management, and sustainability initiatives.
  5. Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or similar platforms).
  6. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  7. Ability to analyze data, assess risks, and implement cost-effective procurement solutions.
