Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee and manage third-party vendors within our Consumer domain for Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) operations.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for vendor management and customer experience, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to present information effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage performance and relationships with BPO Vendors.
  • Analyze data and present insights to Vendors and Internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve vendor performance.
  • Ensure vendors comply with contractual standards.
  • Solve performance-related problems with a Lean Six Sigma mindset.
  • Drive continuous improvements in quality performance of partner metrics such as quality, productivity, staffing, training, attrition, and efficiency.
  • Hold vendors accountable to executing operational excellence.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to make strategic decisions that meet quality and service goals.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve technical, process, and operational issues.
  • Travel 30-40%.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant vendor management or Consumer Operations experience.
  • Experience leading BPO operations (preferably in the Consumer space) or directly relevant Consumer Operations (Financial sector).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present information effectively.
  • Proven ability to lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary projects and initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to use data to drive operations improvements.
  • Extensive understanding of business operations and industry trends.
Nice to Haves:
  • Experience using BI tools like Looker and Salesforce.
  • SQL experience is a plus.
  • Six Sigma certification.
  • PMP certification.
  • Interest in cryptocurrency.
