Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Junior React Engineer with a passion for problem-solving and technical support to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, AI-first product environment.

The selected candidate will be responsible for investigating and troubleshooting user-reported issues related to our AI agentic development platform. They will also provide technical support to users building full-stack applications, reproduce bugs, analyze stack traces, and identify possible root causes.

Additionally, the successful candidate will research and understand technical problems encountered by non-technical users, communicate solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical users, and collaborate with engineering and product teams to relay feedback and improve the user experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1+ year of experience with React.js in a modern JavaScript/TypeScript development environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Good communication skills; English level B2 or higher.
  • Ability to work night shifts and occasional holidays (on rotation).
  • Willingness to visit emergency office locations (rare occurrences).
  • Comfortable using tools like Git, terminal, browser dev tools, etc.
