About the Job

We are looking for a skilled Luxury Event Specialist to join our team at Universal Hotels and Resorts, Inc. As a Luxury Event Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating high-end events that exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement event strategies that align with client objectives and brand standards.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution, including sales, food and beverage, marketing, and operations.
  3. Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and entertainers, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
  4. Manage event budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost efficiency.
  5. Prepare event reports, including attendance, revenue, and feedback analysis, for management review.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in event planning, MICE, or hospitality events, preferably in a luxury hotel, resort, or casino.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple events simultaneously.
