This role involves ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing quality measurements to track improvement in efficiency and accuracy
• Creating quality assurance standards and company processes
• Ensuring adherence to company quality and process standards
• Monitoring cash flow and ensuring all transactions are counter-checked before payout
• Providing excellent customer service and support

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating reports documenting errors and issues for fixing, responding to inquiries during and after payout, and helping the team address any disputes that may arise.
