Technical Lead - Python Developer Position

This is a mid-senior level, full-time position.

  • Work seamlessly with back-end engineers to design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
  • Participate in technical discussions and feature analysis to ensure the highest quality of software development.
  • Mentor and train junior developers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with test automation engineers to ensure code quality through rigorous testing.
  • Contribute to the continuous enhancement process by participating in code reviews and suggesting improvements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • At least 4 years of experience working as a Python Developer.
  • Proven expertise with FastAPI for building APIs.
  • Knowledge of GraphQL (query design, schema management, resolvers).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably Jenkins.
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
  • Basic knowledge of Google Cloud Platform services.
  • Experience working on ETL projects.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
