Job Title: Medical Compliance Professional

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized medical compliance professional to join our team in a remote work arrangement. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in medical billing, including provider credentialing, authorizations, and reimbursement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and summarize payor guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Assist in drafting documents in a timely and professional manner, maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
  • Review and update assigned fee schedules as required to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Maintain excel spreadsheets and other duties as assigned to support the success of the team
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of college education or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years experience in medical billing and reimbursement, including provider credentialing and authorizations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft programs such as Excel and Word, with ability to learn new software quickly
