Job Title

A financial professional to deliver top-notch accounting services to clients, ensuring timely and accurate financial reports. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of accounting principles, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Process bank feeds by coding transactions according to established procedures, serving multiple clients.
  • Perform end-of-month reconciliations for assigned client accounts, reviewing weekly uncleared transactions and proposing solutions.
  • Reconcile client credit card activity, including pulling statements, preparing itemized lists, and coding charges per industry standards.
  • Conduct monthly financial reviews, following up with clients on unrecorded income or expenses, cross-checking statements for accuracy, and responding to client inquiries about coding decisions.
  • Record payroll transactions using templates, prepare journal entries, upload to accounting software, and reconcile clearing accounts.
  • Maintain strong accounting practices and attention to detail in areas such as revenue coding, payroll, and balance sheet accounts.
Requirements
  • A background in accounting or a solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Excellent written communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Detailed-oriented, able to learn new concepts with written and hands-on support.
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) is highly preferred.
