Role and Responsibilities

This role involves working closely with various teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Order Fulfillment: Enter orders for Lexis Nexis products and communicate with internal and external customers.
  2. Order Review: Review orders for accuracy and completeness, and escalate any issues to relevant teams.
  3. Account Management: Assist with creating and managing customer accounts, including account setup, maintenance, and updates.
  4. Issue Resolution: Resolve complex customer operational and billing issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree holder preferably or completed at least 2 years level in college (no back subjects/incomplete units).
  • Industry Experience: Background in Fulfillment, Order Processing, Billing is preferred but not required.
  • Communication Skills: Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Excel (basic to intermediate) and MS Office programs.
  • Critical Thinking: High level of attention to details, strong organizational and time management skills, critical and analytical thinker, ability to work under pressure, and good team player.
