Job Summary:

Accounts Payable Functions:
  • Process online and check disbursements, including government remittances for withholding tax and compensation.
  • Prepare and submit BIR quarterly and annual alphalists for purchases.
  • Assist in inventory counts for supply chain management, both quarterly and annually.
  • Process business permits and BOC importer permits.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
Accounts Receivable Responsibilities:
  • Process customer invoices.
  • Collect and apply customer payments.
  • Monthly reconciliation of personal and official cash advances for employees.
  • Weekly submission of AR collection and aging reports.
  • Monthly closure of work orders.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
Requirements:
  • Graduate degree in BS Accountancy or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in accounting practice.
  • Basic knowledge of taxation.
  • Ability to analyze and reconcile data.
  • Proficiency in computer applications.
