Main Duties
  • Accurately process purchase orders, payable vouchers, and check vouchers using the NAV system.
  • Verify the reconciliation of supporting documents and ensure voucher support.
  • Manage general ledger accounts and department brand records on the NAV system.
  • Email vouchers to the Singapore Head Office on designated dates.
  • Quickly scan and email essential documents to the Singapore Head Office.
  • Create monthly VAT schedules.
  • Track vehicle insurance and registration expiration dates.
  • Regularly reimburse and deposit liquidations.
  • Administer petty cash.
  • Approve supplier payments as directed by requisitioners.
  • Authorize payroll checks for field sales staff (FBC/CM) after receiving supervisor approval.
  • Maintain vendor/supplier document files.
  • Support year-end warehouse physical counts.
  • Perform routine PCF counts.
