
Sales Administration Specialist

The Sales Administrator plays a pivotal role in processing repeat orders for existing clients, accurately calculating pricing, and liaising with clients regarding quotes and order specifications.
Key responsibilities include coordinating with graphic design teams for mockups and visual presentations, placing orders with suppliers, and effectively managing order documentation through Google Docs systems.
Additional tasks involve creating and sending invoices to clients, recommending embellishment techniques based on client needs, and tracking and processing orders through internal systems.
Effective communication with the office team via video link is essential for questions and guidance.
Scope of work includes reporting directly to the Australian office team, handling existing customer accounts and repeat orders, and working within established pricing matrices and systems.
A three-month training period is required to achieve full competency, and regular interaction with the Australian office is necessary for success in this role.
