Job Title: API & Web Services Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain web services using programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement web services that meet business requirements.
  • Ensure web services are scalable, secure, and meet performance standards.
  • Provide technical support to customers and internal stakeholders on web services-related issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in web services development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Excellent writing skills in English and Japanese.
  • Basic oral conversation skills in Japanese.
  • Knowledge of web service development and FedEx Developer Portal.
  • Experience in customer-facing technical support is a plus.
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision and be a fast learner.
  • Willingness to be assigned in Cebu City.
