This position entails designing and developing interactive content to support the growth of our clients' brands. As a Learning Interactions Expert, you will collaborate closely with our team to create engaging learning experiences that meet various stakeholders' needs.


About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional who can leverage their expertise in instructional design, multimedia development, and visual communication to craft immersive learning experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of e-learning principles, including the ADDIE model, Gagne's 9 Events of Instruction, and Mayer's 12 Principles of Multimedia Learning.


Key Responsibilities
  • Create interactive content using e-learning authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline.
  • Design static and motion graphics using Adobe Creative Cloud programs like Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere.
  • Develop instructional materials that align with our clients' objectives.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather requirements and ensure high-quality output.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts or equivalent is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of work experience in a related field is essential.
  • Training delivery experience is beneficial but not required.
  • A solid grasp of visual design principles and familiarity with e-learning development levels are necessary.
