**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop critical features for our customers, primarily using Ruby, with opportunities for training and skill-building
- Collaborate closely with global teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Write automated tests for production codes
- Maintain key components of web applications
- Conduct testing and code reviews for yourself and colleagues
- Mentor Junior Engineers within your squad

**Requirements**
As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll need to embody our core values - operating with focus, agility, and an obsession with impact. For this role, you'll also bring:
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in software development, with expertise in server-side and RESTful API development and integration
- Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Ruby, Python, TypeScript, etc. We offer training in Ruby when needed
- Proven experience implementing, maintaining, and deploying full-stack web technologies
- Strong understanding of best practice software engineering processes, testing, and Agile methodology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Passion for learning, sharing knowledge, and mentoring teammates
