We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Accountant to join our team at HEBE Beauty Cosmetics. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with tax regulations and providing expert advice on taxation matters.
Responsibilities- Process and review tax documents, including BIR Form 1601E, 1601EQ, 1601C, 2550M & Q, 1702/Q, and DST Filing.
- Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly tax returns, as well as annual income tax returns.
- Prepares weekly BIR Form 2307 for all suppliers.
- Assist in the preparation of audited financial statements and ensure compliance with SEC requirements.
- Review payroll tax postings in our accounting system.
- Verify sales invoices for completeness.
- Collect and consolidate invoices, and review their accuracy.
- Assist in processing business permits and other legal documents.
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in tax compliance and audit engagement.
- CPA certification required.
- Excellent knowledge of Philippine taxation laws, GAAP, PAS, PFRS, and other relevant standards.
