Job Title: DevOps Engineer II

• Incident Response and Troubleshooting: We require an individual to respond to alerts, investigate issues, and identify root causes to ensure the stability and reliability of our SaaS environment.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): The successful candidate will develop and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible to automate infrastructure provisioning and management.
• Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Our ideal candidate will implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, including configuration, automation, and monitoring, to facilitate fast and reliable software releases.
• Containerization and Orchestration: This role requires utilizing Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes to containerize applications and scale them efficiently.
• Cloud Management: We seek a skilled professional to manage cloud resources on the Azure platform optimizing cost, security, and performance.
• Monitoring and Logging: The candidate will set up monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions to ensure the availability, performance, and security of systems and applications.
• Security and Compliance: Collaboration with the security team is required to implement best practices for security, compliance, and vulnerability management.
• Scripting and Automation: Writing scripts and automation tools to streamline repetitive tasks and improve efficiency is essential.
• Collaboration: Strong communication skills are necessary to work closely with development to understand underlying requirements and implement infrastructure to support it.
• Documentation: Clear and comprehensive documentation is required for infrastructure and processes.

• A minimum of 3 years of major cloud service provider operations experience is required.
• Experience maintaining, scaling, and operating a consumer multi-tenant offering, including handling alerts, troubleshooting issues, and identifying root causes during investigations is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a SaaS organization is required.
• Proven experience with containers and container orchestrations systems (Kubernetes and Helm Charts) is necessary.
• Experience designing, improving, and operating CI/CD release pipelines is required.
• Templating and Configuration Languages for one or more of the following is required: Azure Resource Manager (ARM/Bicep), Terraform, JSON, YAML.
• Powershell experience is necessary.
• Ability to work rotational weekend shifts is required.
