About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Design Professional to lead our team in delivering high-quality design solutions. As the primary designer, you will be responsible for setting the standard for all website and design projects, ensuring that they meet our clients' expectations.

This is a remote position that offers flexibility and autonomy, with regular overlap during UK working hours. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering results-driven design solutions, with a proven ability to manage end-to-end website redesigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement design strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Lead a diverse range of website and design projects from initial strategy through to polished execution
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth design-to-build handover
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver high-quality results on time
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and senior management
Requirements
  • 5+ years experience in an advertising agency, creative studio, or media organization with a focus on design implementation
  • Proven UX Research & Strategy experience (Wireframing, User Flows, Prototyping, Information Architecture)
  • Understanding of content marketing design principles
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to prioritize and organize time for yourself and a team to meet deadlines
  • Fluent in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Business Suite
  • Experienced in Brand Design and Uplift (style guides, visual guidelines)
