At Tesla, we're on the lookout for a skilled Service Representative to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills and have a solid understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair. This role involves interacting with customers, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service by responding to phone calls, emails, and in-person visits in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Determine if technical solutions can be resolved over the phone and escalate immediately to management as needed.
  • Accurately record issues and data into our Dealer Management System, ensuring attention to detail is paramount.
  • Conduct transactions with the system, guide customers through corrections, and provide summaries.
  • Communicate estimated completion times, regular updates, and follow through on each customer's vehicle.
  • Coordinate the detailing of every vehicle prior to delivery.
  • Coordinate delivery or pickup times with each customer.
  • Follow up with customers on services provided to ensure satisfaction with the work performed.
Requirements:
  • Methods, techniques, parts, tools, and materials used in vehicle maintenance and repair.
  • Operation and maintenance of hand power tools, shop tools, and automotive and electrical test equipment.
  • Understanding of basic automotive techniques related to repair and servicing of vehicles.
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions with attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn new and innovative technologies.
  • Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work.
  • Perform detailed daily record keeping and reporting.
  • Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines.
  • Work in a team-based environment and achieve common goals.
