Project Manager for Architecture

As a senior project architect, you will be responsible for independent planning and execution of architectural projects. This includes development of 3D models and visualizations using ArchiCAD and Twinmotion.

  • Development of 3D models and visualizations using ArchiCAD and Twinmotion.
  • Responsibility for project coordination, management, and execution.
  • Leading and guiding team members within the project team.
  • Closely collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure quality, deadlines, and compliance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Documentation and presentation of projects.
  • Continuous evaluation of existing processes and active contribution to improvements through the use of new technologies and AI-supported tools.
Requirements
  • Completed degree in architecture from one of the world's top universities.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience as an architect.
  • At least 3 years of practical experience using ArchiCAD 3D and Twinmotion.
  • Strong technical expertise and solid understanding of construction methods.
  • Interest in Swiss building culture and willingness to actively familiarize yourself with local conditions.
  • Willingness to proactively engage with Swiss standards and high-quality benchmarks.
  • Experience in leading and coordinating team members.
  • Ability to work independently, in a structured, forward-thinking, and responsible manner.
  • Team player with an interest in contributing to a dynamic team.
  • Openness to the latest technical possibilities and motivation to drive innovation in processes.
