Job Responsibilities:
  1. Data analysis and report-writing of tracking data.
  2. Project management and implementation for customized or Ad Hoc research projects.
  3. Coordination with Brand Marketing and Sales/Trade Marketing on their research requirements.
  4. Presentation of research results by the research agencies to internal stakeholders.
  5. Preparation and approval of research documents/contracts.
  6. Participation in ideation workshops.
  7. Leadership of internally conducted projects and researches such as sensory tests, social listening, etc.
Requirements:
  1. 5-7 years experience in market research work.
  2. Basic understanding of market research fundamentals - both Quantitative & Qualitative methods.
  3. Analytical skills to interpret data and find patterns and insights.
  4. Attention to detail and organization.
  5. Good communication skills – oral and written.
  6. Digital savvy – adept in online platforms, new software, and applications.
  7. Desire to learn more and build a career in market research.
  8. Willingness to report physically to the office when required.
