Job Summary

AMARE ET SERVIRE is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Helper to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient storage and movement of finished goods within our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist dispatchers in preparing finished goods for deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Conduct regular checks on the availability and condition of finished goods prior to delivery, identifying any potential issues or discrepancies.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of assigned areas, adhering to company standards.
  • Collaborate with forklift operators to dispatch finished goods for office pick-up, export loading, and other related activities.
  • Participate in physical inventory counts, working closely with encoders and analysts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Monitor storage temperature and report any anomalies to management.
  • Coordinate with relevant sections or personnel to address any product discrepancies, such as underweight, overweight, or incorrect markings.
  • Recommend improvements to the physical arrangement of finished goods to optimize storage and workflow.
Requirements
  • High School Graduate or College level.
  • Experience in warehousing is a must.
  • Ability to learn, adapt, and follow instructions.
  • Flexibility to work on a shifting schedule.
