Job Description

Hunter's Hub Inc is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business issues and data challenges to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop documentation on business and user needs, objectives, and system requirements specifications.
  • Lead testing efforts and participate in quality control, acceptance testing, and implementation of application systems.
  • Communicate with clients to identify required changes and work with the development team to implement those changes.
  • In an Agile environment, analyze a broadly defined area, define high-level epics and stories, and create a well-organized framework to provide business value.

Requirements:

  • A college degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Business Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years' experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Information Systems Specialist.
  • Experience in project management, systems and procedure documentation, ITIL, Agile BA training and certification, Tableau/Power BI.
