Fire Sprinkler Design Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Fire Sprinkler Design Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating accurate and efficient fire sprinkler system designs using AutoCAD, Revit, and MEP software.

In this role, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure that all projects meet the required standards and codes. Your exceptional communication skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients remotely.

To succeed in this position, you must have a strong background in fire sprinkler design and estimation, as well as proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Planswift, Excel, and Fire Elite. A minimum of 2 years of experience in this field is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Estimation: Prepare fire sprinkler system designs and estimate project costs.
  • Software Proficiency: Use AutoCAD, Revit, Planswift, Excel, and Fire Elite software.
  • Code Compliance: Ensure designs meet New York City Building Codes and applicable standards.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients remotely.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency: Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Planswift, Excel, and Fire Elite.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of MEP design tools.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in fire sprinkler design and estimation.
