Job Description

The Bookkeeping and Inventory Management Professional will be responsible for handling various aspects of financial operations, including bookkeeping, account reconciliation, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bookkeeping:
    • Review, verify, and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
    • Match invoices with purchase orders, contracts, and delivery receipts.
    • Ensure proper coding of invoices in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Account Reconciliation:
    • Reconcile accounts payable transactions to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
    • Perform monthly reconciliations of vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Inventory Management:
    • Monitor and update inventory records.
    • Reconcile inventory reports with physical stock and investigate discrepancies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping and/or inventory management.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
