Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Strategist to join our dynamic marketing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok Ads, and YouTube Ads.
  • Build and manage an affiliate marketing program, identifying and recruiting influencers and creators to increase brand awareness and drive conversions.
  • Plan and execute lead generation campaigns using inbound and outbound strategies, collaborating with sales and product teams to refine lead scoring and nurturing processes.
  • Grow and engage brand communities across social platforms, fostering authentic relationships and conversations that support brand loyalty and advocacy.
  • Monitor and optimize programmatic display, video, and native ad campaigns for ROI through DSP platforms.
  • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, using data to inform testing strategies and uncover growth opportunities.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in a growth or performance marketing role.
  • Proven hands-on experience managing campaigns on major advertising platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics, ad dashboards, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with a self-starter mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
