This role is crucial in developing and executing content strategies that showcase our brand's unique value proposition. By partnering with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), we aim to create engaging content that resonates with our target audience.

Responsibilities:

  1. KOL Partnerships: Establish and maintain relationships with influential individuals in the beauty industry to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  2. Brief Development: Work closely with KOLs to craft compelling content that highlights our brand's strengths and values.
  3. Campaign Coordination: Support the planning and execution of KOL-led campaigns, ensuring seamless collaboration and timely delivery.
  4. Performance Analysis: Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: More than 3 years of full-time experience in online marketing, primarily focusing on TikTok.
  • Social Media Expertise: Proficiency in social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram and their applications in marketing.
