Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain accurate records of Local Purchase Orders, shipments, and deliveries
  2. Verify each shipment against orders and invoices
  3. Ensure proper handling, packaging, and labeling of shipments
  4. Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure timely delivery to clients
  5. Track shipments and update salespersons, account holders, or relevant departments on delivery status, especially regarding shipping delays, damages, or other transport issues
  6. Address and resolve logistics-related issues promptly
  7. Prepare and maintain shipping documents, invoices, and purchase orders
  8. Ensure compliance with local and international regulations regarding transportation and logistics
  9. Maintain records for audits and reporting purposes

Requirements:

  1. 5 years of work experience in the requested field
  2. Effective time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
  3. Basic knowledge of freight operations, including assisting with documentation and coordinating shipments
  4. Understanding of freight operations, documentation assistance, and shipment coordination
  5. Knowledge of freight forwarding, transportation regulations, and shipping procedures
  6. Experience using basic logistics software for tracking shipments and managing inventory
  7. Coordinated multiple shipments while meeting tight deadlines
