Job Description

At the heart of a dynamic and innovative company, we're reimagining public relations as a key driver of growth. We're seeking a talented Marketing Assistant to join our team in Barcelona.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media, writing persuasive copy, designing basic infographics, and supporting SEO and GEO tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write and repurpose original articles or landing pages optimised for SEO & GEO and publish them on our site, LinkedIn, and other external platforms.
  • Create accompanying visuals to boost shareability and LLM quotability.
  • Plan, write, and schedule social posts across LinkedIn, Twitter, and Reddit; engage with comments and tag relevant voices.
  • Draft newsletter items that summarise the week's key insights.
  • Track algorithm updates, explore new tools, and share takeaways with the team.
Qualifications

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in PR, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills; able to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Google Drive.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Native-level or fluent English with strong copywriting and editing skills across formats.
  • Working knowledge of content marketing, social-media management, basic design tools (Canva/Figma), and foundational SEO.
  • Familiarity with GEO concepts—structured Q&A, snippet optimisation, source authority—or a proven ability to learn them quickly.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and commitment to continuous learning about marketing trends, algorithms, and AI technologies.
