Microfinance Loan Specialist

Job Summary:

This is a role that involves achieving financial targets while ensuring the quality of loans and customer service.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and sales skills, with a strong ability to analyze credit applications and maintain relationships with customers.

This position plays a crucial part in meeting our business goals by identifying and acquiring new loan opportunities, managing loan accounts, and delivering excellent customer service.

• Solicit new loan accounts to meet business needs
• Analyze loan applicants' qualifications to determine feasibility of granting loans
• Maintain high-quality credit and collection activities
• Coordinate with other departments for effective loan processing and servicing
• Ensure compliance with our policies and procedures
• Conduct sales and marketing activities to achieve volume targets
• Respond to client inquiries and requirements
• Review and update customer loan files to ensure adequacy

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

• Degree in any 4-year course
• Excellent selling, communication, and customer service skills
• Basic mathematical knowledge
• High integrity
• Familiarity with computer software, including word processing and spreadsheets
• Fieldwork and sales experience in Microfinance, an advantage
• Able to drive a motorcycle
