Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the testing process for our payment solutions, including planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Lead a team of test engineers and coordinators to ensure that testing is completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement testing strategies and methodologies to ensure that our payment solutions meet the highest standards of quality and functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, quality assurance, and project management, to ensure that testing is integrated into the overall project lifecycle.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with testing, including technical, process, and resource-related risks.
  • Develop and maintain testing documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
  • Ensure that testing is conducted in accordance with industry standards and best practices.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in test management, with a focus on payments technology.
  • Proven track record of leading testing teams and delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
