Job Overview

The position of Senior Manager of Process Excellence involves leading the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives. This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive continuous improvement across the organization.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead process enhancement projects from conception through to completion using various methodologies.
  • Analyze root causes and develop actionable project plans in collaboration with department heads and subject matter experts.
  • Facilitate workshops and events to map current processes and design future state solutions.
  • Utilize data analysis tools to examine complex datasets and provide recommendations.
  • Develop performance dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor process performance.
  • Present progress reports and business cases to stakeholders and senior management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 8-12 years of experience in process improvement or operational excellence is required.
  • A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is mandatory.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools are essential.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills are necessary.
