About the Role

As a Real Estate Development Analyst at Forest Lake Development, Inc., you will play a critical role in driving our business forward by identifying opportunities, evaluating risks, and developing strategies to achieve our goals.

Your responsibilities will include coordinating site sourcing activities, negotiation, business planning, documentation, and permits and licensing.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough site evaluations, gathering property data and conducting inspections to ensure accurate and complete records for each property acquisition.

  • Manage broker communications, prepare reports, and provide research and insights to support negotiation with decision-makers.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and site visit results to inform business decisions.

  • Ensure timely submission of permit applications and maintain records of all permits and licenses.

Requirements:

  • Education in Industrial Engineering or other Engineering Courses, Management Courses, Property Development / Real Estate or equivalent.

  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

  • At least 2 years of experience in real estate development.
