Luxury Customer Service Expert

We're seeking an exceptional Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for delivering top-notch customer support, ensuring seamless communication, and resolving issues promptly.
As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our clients. Your sharp communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities will make all the difference.
Our ideal candidate is passionate about delivering excellent customer service, has excellent written and spoken English, and is familiar with CRM systems, Slack, and GSuite.
Requirements
- Enthusiasm and passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, Slack, and GSuite is a plus.
