The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Testing current products and identifying deficiencies based on business requirements.
  • Investigating product quality to make improvements and achieve better commercial satisfaction.
  • Working closely with project leads for requirements analysis, development of test plans, test cases, regression, and smoke tests.
  • Coordinating release priorities and schedules with stakeholders.
  • Planning, estimating, and prioritizing test activities.
  • Maintaining a high level of program and service knowledge to provide the best value-based solution to customers.

As a Product Test Engineer at Strategic Networks Inc., you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, develop your skills, and contribute to the success of our organization.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Test current products and identify deficiencies based on business requirements.
  • Investigate product quality to make improvements and achieve better commercial satisfaction.
  • Work closely with project leads for requirements analysis, development of test plans, test cases, regression, and smoke tests.
  • Coordinate release priorities and schedules with stakeholders.
  • Plan, estimate, and prioritize test activities.
  • Maintain a high level of program and service knowledge to provide the best value-based solution to customers.
  • Take full responsibility and required action for assigned tasks.
  • Meet attendance requirements based on Service Level Agreement.
  • Meet and exceed KPI targets set by clients.
  • Responsible for maintaining an acceptable level of customer satisfaction and effective professional working relationship with supervisors and coworkers.
