Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Services Coordinator to join our team at Recooty. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for reviewing investor subscription documents, preparing subscription confirmation letters and redemption letters, and sending them out to investors.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AML/KYC compliance and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. In addition, they will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing investor subscription documents
  • Preparing subscription confirmation letters and redemption letters
  • Sending documents to investors
  • Performing AML procedures
  • Preparing draft emails to facilitate the sending of investor capital letters
  • Reviewing capital letters prior to partner review
  • Updating IPO worksheets and sending lists to the fund administration team

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
  • Knowledge of alternative investment industry, particularly in investor relations
  • AML/KYC compliance knowledge preferred but not required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and good organizational skills
  • Good command of English language, both oral and written
  • Flexibility to expand work hours as necessary
