E-Commerce Specialist

The E-Commerce Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our e-commerce platform by maintaining accurate and up-to-date product listings, managing inventory levels, and providing exceptional customer service.
Main Responsibilities:- Product Optimization: Review and refine product descriptions across all Shopify listings to ensure clarity and conversion.
- Error Prevention: Conduct regular website reviews to identify and correct errors or outdated information.
- Inventory Control: Monitor and manage product inventory levels to prevent stock issues and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Customer Engagement: Respond to customer reviews on Shopify to maintain brand trust and engagement.
- Visual Content Updates: Update website banners, landing pages, and product photos as needed to showcase products effectively.
- Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with vendors to manage inventory, place purchase orders, and track fulfillment status.
- At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce or related roles.
- Proficiency with Shopify and e-commerce tools.
- Highly organized and self-sufficient with excellent time management skills.
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive mindset and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
