Job Description

Ripped Box Station is seeking a skilled Digital Content Strategist to lead our social media efforts.

About the Role:

  • Create high-quality, visually appealing content for Stories, Reels, and feed posts using Canva or similar tools.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and algorithms to create innovative and engaging content.
  • Write compelling captions that resonate with our audience and align with our brand tone.
  • Tailor messaging to cater to our target audience's preferences and interests.
  • Utilize scheduling tools like Later to plan and publish content efficiently and consistently.
  • Monitor and analyze Instagram insights and other social media analytics to inform future content decisions.
  • Provide regular performance reports and suggest strategies to improve engagement and reach.
  • Respond promptly to comments, messages, and mentions on our social media platforms.
  • Foster relationships with our followers and potential collaborators to build a strong online community.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure social media campaigns are aligned with broader marketing objectives.
  • Experiment with content types and posting schedules to maximize audience engagement.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or relevant field.
  • Proficiency in Canva or other design tools for creating high-quality visuals.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging captions and posts.
  • Familiarity with Instagram reporting and analytics tools.
  • Hands-on experience with scheduling apps like Later or equivalents.
  • Exceptional understanding of Instagram trends, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Able to consistently create visually appealing and professional-grade content for various social media platforms.
  • Ability to write clear, concise, and engaging captions tailored to our audience.
