Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Developer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for enabling stakeholders to perform business functions effectively and efficiently.

This includes analysing, designing, developing, testing, implementing, documenting and supporting ERP System requirements.

The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver the appropriate solution.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Analysing requirements gathered from project stakeholders
  • Preparing requirements specifications, project plans and flowcharts
  • Developing required interfaces, customizations, enhancements, reports, APIs or configurations
  • Performing unit, functional and system tests
  • Providing regular updates to stakeholders on the status of the project
  • Conducting user acceptance tests
  • Creating user manual if needed and training end users
  • Securing deployment and project closure signoffs
  • Soliciting service and product performance feedback from project stakeholders
  • Fixing reported issues and escalating if necessary

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or other related field.

Familiarity with processes of any ERP System is essential.

Experience on any RDBMS platform like Oracle, MSSQL Server, etc. is also required.

In addition, experience with any SQL development tools like TOAD, Oracle SQL Developer, etc. and the ability to develop complex SQL scripts is highly valued.

Experience in any BI platform like OBIEE, Power BI, etc. is a plus.

Good communication and problem-solving skills are also essential.
