We're seeking a User Acquisition Specialist to drive mobile user growth for our apps.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Dive into performance-driven UA campaigns across platforms.
  • Analyze and optimize daily performance, pacing, and spend efficiency against key metrics.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop and test ad concepts, messaging, and formats.
  • Uncover actionable insights and optimizations by analyzing campaign performance data.
  • Explore new growth channels, networks, and strategies.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-4 years of hands-on experience buying mobile app ads while achieving target KPIs.
  • Proven ability to scale UA efficiently in a mobile-first environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, fluent in Excel/Sheets, and familiar with tools like MixPanel, Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, Singular.
