We are looking for a skilled Financial Records Coordinator to join our Accounting and Compliance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the accounting team in handling administrative, clerical, and compliance-related tasks.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documents.
- Process business registrations and renewal applications for clients with relevant government agencies.
- Monitor and record the in-and-out movement of important documents.
- Collate required documents for business registration, closure, or amendments.
- Provide timely updates to clients on the progress of their business registration, compliance filings, and other requirements.
- Work closely with clients to ensure they submit necessary documents and information on time to avoid penalties and delays.
Your Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
