Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Customer Experience Representative to join our team at Goway Travel Ltd.

In this role, you will work closely with customers to provide exceptional service, resolve issues, and promote relevant upgrades while maintaining customer accounts and information.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized customer experiences through prompt and professional responses via various communication channels.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues related to bookings, cancellations, changes, refunds, and travel-related emergencies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, policies, and best practices to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.


Requirements:

  • 1 year of customer service experience or similar function.
  • In-depth knowledge of the travel industry and reservation systems.
  • Experience with softphone systems and exceptional communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
