Job Title: Communications Facilitator

As a Communications Facilitator, you play a vital role in bridging the language gap between individuals with different linguistic backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate seamless communication between parties through accurate interpretation and translation services.
• Convey messages effectively, ensuring that all parties understand each other's perspectives.
• Cover a range of subjects, including Healthcare, Government, Insurance, Finance, Utilities, Travel, Hospitality, 911 Emergency Services, Law Enforcement, and General Business.

Requirements:

1. Fluency in English (reading, speaking, and writing) is essential.
2. Proficiency in Mandarin/Cantonese (reading, writing, and speaking) is also required.
3. You must work from home in a quiet and secure environment.
4. Own a mobile phone with Android 12 or above, or iOS 15 or above.
5. Be willing to work rotating shifts for 9 hours at a time, as scheduled by the client within a 24-hour period (including night shifts).
6. Enjoy 2 days off per week, with rotation flexibility.
7. Be available to work on public holidays, as our operation runs 24/7.
