About this role:

Winona is a leading telemedicine company that provides hormone replacement therapy (HRT) for women in menopause. The company has built all of its technology in-house, including an electronic health record (EHR), patient care admin system, patient portal, website, marketing technology, and two compounding pharmacies.

This is a technical position responsible for developing and enhancing the user-facing aspects of applications. As a mid-level engineer, you will work independently within an established framework to apply specialized skills, theories, concepts, principles, and methods to deliver complex projects.

Key responsibilities include advanced UI development, optimization, component development, cross-browser compatibility, collaboration, and code reviews. You will work closely with backend developers and designers to ensure seamless integration of frontend and backend services.

To succeed in this role, you should have 3-4 years of experience in frontend development, with a strong understanding of fundamental and advanced web technologies, including Vue.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), SCSS, Tailwind CSS, and Git.

Additionally, you should be able to optimize web applications for performance, speed, and scalability, develop reusable and efficient components and libraries, and maintain high standards of code quality through code reviews.

This is a remote position with flexible hours, allowing you to work from anywhere.
