Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Editor to join our team. As an Editor, you will be responsible for reviewing and editing raw transcripts of financial events and companies in our coverage.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial markets and accounting principles, as well as excellent research skills and the ability to work under pressure.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that corrected transcripts meet quality benchmarks and are delivered to clients in a timely manner.

  • Proofread raw transcripts of financial events and companies in our coverage.
  • Review work done by junior editors against audio sources and public sources (press releases, company websites, filings) for accuracy.
  • Ensure corrected transcripts meet quality benchmarks and are delivered to clients in a timely manner.

This is a full-time role with flexible working arrangements and opportunities for career progression.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree in Commerce/Business Management/Finance/Accounting/Economics/Communication/Journalism or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets and accounting principles.
  • Excellent research skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficient computer skills, including databases and software for content processing.
