  • Maintaining consistency in tone, messaging, and brand identity across all platforms and content formats
  • Assisting in tailoring content for different stages of the customer journey - from awareness to conversion - across organic and paid efforts
  • Analyzing performance and iterating content for growth and optimization
  • Scheduling and publishing posts
  • Engaging with followers by responding to comments and supporting audience growth
  • Collaborating on campaign ideas and audience-building strategies

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 2–5 years of experience managing social content for a brand, creator, or agency
  • Demonstrated ability to grow followers, views, or engagement across social platforms
  • Experience creating short-form video using AI and/or traditional tools
  • Strong written communication and copywriting skills (especially hooks, scripts, and copy)
  • Familiarity with SEO, hashtags, social algorithms, and best practices for each platform
