The Sourcing Manager will lead a team of sourcing specialists to manage their results effectively and efficiently utilizing sourcing channels. They will attend calibration sessions with key stakeholders to address continuous pooling for critical hiring needs and expertly analyze and present recruitment data to stakeholders and management.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience as a Recruitment Marketing/Talent Acquisition Lead, with experience in a BPO preferred, along with at least 2 years as a people manager for teams of 5 or more. They will be knowledgeable about traditional and non-traditional sourcing techniques, able to share best practices, industry and market intelligence data, and provide talent & market trends, threats, and opportunities for strategic business planning.
