You will be working with our technology to manage shipments, customs documentation, and carrier relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shipment Management: Track and manage shipment levels across multiple locations to ensure timely arrival and departure.
  • Customs Documentation Coordination: Prepare and manage necessary customs documentation for international shipments.
  • Shipment Coordination: Oversee the daily operations of shipments, ensuring they meet deadlines and customer requirements.
  • Carrier Management: Manage relationships with carriers, including rate negotiations and compliance with service agreements.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure all logistics activities comply with international trade regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Working in freight forwarding, shipping line, or brokerage firms, either locally or internationally.
  • Familiarity with Shipping Documents: Knowledge of shipping documents (BOLs, AWBs, PKLs, invoices, etc.).
  • Data Entry and Validation Skills: Detail-oriented with experience in data entry and data validation tasks.
  • Comfortable with Modern Software: Familiarity with modern software, technology, and computer systems.
  • Transport Management Systems (TMS): Experience with Transport Management Systems (TMS), especially Cargowise or Magaya.
  • Education and Licenses: Graduate of Customs Administration or similar degree program. Licensed customs broker.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate ideas clearly and concisely in English, both in speaking and writing.
  • Client Management Experience: Previous client management experience is an asset.

  • Hardware Specifications: PC Hardware (Windows) with ≥ 8GB RAM.
  • Processor Requirements: Intel Core i5 6th gen or above.
  • Available HDD Space: Minimum 50 GB available HDD space.
  • Internet Service: Internet Service with minimum speed of 25 mbps.
