Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Software Technician. This position will play a vital part in maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing business applications built on AppSheet.

You will collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless functionality and performance of client-facing tools. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing technical support for existing AppSheet applications
  • Assisting in building and maintaining AppSheet apps based on business needs
  • Troubleshooting and debugging issues related to data sync, user access, workflows, and formulas
  • Managing and manipulating complex Google Sheets data integrations
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve app usability and performance

Maintaining clear documentation and version control of app changes and configurations is also crucial in this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Experience working with AppSheet and Google Sheets in a technical capacity
  • Strong understanding of relational data structures, formulas, and app logic
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
  • Good communication and documentation skills
  • Prior experience supporting internal tools or process automation is an advantage
