Front-End Development Opportunities

We are seeking a talented Front-End Developer to join our team. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients, utilizing technologies such as React and Gatsby while consuming content from aheadless Drupal instance using pipelines and environments such as Pantheon, AWS, and GCP.


About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing front-end solutions using React and Gatsby or another React framework (e.g. Next.js)
  • Writing readable, maintainable code for a client with minimal technical oversight
  • Managing facets of the project as applicable like Quality, Performance, and Security
  • Being a contributing part of a project team by assuming responsibility for the architecture and development of complex components
  • Collaborating directly with client stakeholders to gather requirements
  • Communicating with team members about task status, availability, and questions about technology

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional experience within the software industry
  • 3+ years of experience as a front-end developer with React
  • 2+ years of experience with Gatsby, Next, or a similar React framework
  • Familiarity with automated unit testing
  • Experience working in a distributed, agile environment planning and executing on a project using Agile methodologies
  • Confident with use of Git for version control
  • Experience with AWS or GCP, loosely in a DevOps capacity is a plus
  • Experience developing continuous integration, continuous delivery and continuous deployment pipelines
